My coaching practice brings together a range of tools to support clients on their individual journeys to exercising greater ownership over their lives. This is largely shaped by a humanistic approach, as well as frameworks drawn from NLP, person-centred theory, and psychology. My work is also informed by my own extensive personal experience of coaching, hypnosis, energy healing, behaviour change, self-improvement, and other healing modalities.

When signing up to a coaching programme, you’ll have pre-agreed call times (either weekly or every two weeks) that serve as helpful accountability milestones and check-ins to ensure you are on the right track towards the goals you have outlined. Coaching calls create space for you to reflect on your progress, redirect if you’ve gone off track, and acknowledge what else needs to change for you to move forward—all in a supportive container with a qualified professional there to support you.
